VETERANS AT TOYOTA

There are approximately 1,400 employees at the Toyota Manufacturing plant in Buffalo, West Virginia. Of those, more than 124 are veterans or active duty. Six Toyota team members there are currently deployed on active duty, each of their names and branch of service have been placed on a Wall of Honor with a yellow ribbon — a reminder their coworkers want them home safely.

Toyota Veterans Association invited 30 veterans and military spouses to Toyota HQ for a mock interview training session and networking event, pairing them with 30 hiring managers to do two rounds of mock interviews. We’re proud to partner with organizations like Allies in Service to support our veterans and military spouses in taking their next step.

Toyota was honored to celebrate Hiring Our Heroes 100th career summit, connecting thousands of veterans, transitioning service members and military spouses with career opportunities. Toyota is proud to support veterans through our partnership with Hiring Our Heroes
